So airtel had assigned my router an ipv6 address long time ago but ipv6 was not working as i did an ipv6 test online and also ping to any ipv6 server from my pc didn't work. So I thought that ipv6 must not be functional in my area yet. But then recently i pinged 2606:4700:4700::1111 from my router and it worked!!!
Here is a traceroute from my router to cloudflare dns
1 2401:4900:1c38:8fff::1 7.437 ms 6.985 ms 6.908 ms
2 2404:a800:1a00:801::1d5 8.245 ms 8.213 ms 8.154 ms
3 2404:a800::208 21.043 ms 21.082 ms 21.029 ms
4 2404:a800:0:29::cf 21.982 ms 21.943 ms 21.992 ms
5 2606:4700:4700::1111 18.959 ms 18.953 ms 19.032 ms
But the same thing done from my pc doesn't work.
I doubt this is a Lan issue
