is Airtel customer care ignoring customers?

i have send so many mails to airtel for my broadband issue ,many tweets to their airtel presence ,but they are not responding though I found they are promptly responding to many others ? I am not getting why ? are they ignoring ? but why ? contacting their customer-care seems like an impossible task now ? is there anybody else facing same issue ?
 
I had same issue contacting appellate team, after hours I just get response like its automated mail asking to add SR ticket number in subject by contacting 121. Sending new mail again with ticket number still gets same response.
I'm sure its not automated mail(I have wide experience with office mails) and agents are just trying to fool us and ignoring it.

Finally got a response after 15 days - asking for more information. They no longer seem to care about their customers.

We should create a group for airtel subscribers ,so that if anyone among us gets a poor response/service we can start a combined action like tweet trend or something so that they get pushed to listen their customers ?

Share updates of your issue if it gets resolved or you get a call back . Lets see whether its really working or not ?

I'm also feeling same ,it seems they are avoiding their customers :/ earlier it was like to get a call back within one or two days of sending email to them at 121 but now its seems just no response

My issue got resolved. I managed to speak to an agent after calling on 121. Got an option to speak to them - this option was previously not available somehow.
Also got a response asking for more info on Twitter (After around 15 days). I didn't respond to them this time 🙂
