Is airtel provinding internet in dth and is it restricted?

atleast i have made everyone aware about net neutrality.so if this happens here we know the reason.

has anyone having digital tv tried this ?Satellite internet in a metros or even cities/towns which have good Broadband / ADSL connection is worthless because it's usually more expensive & since the communication happens b/w the satellite & the local dish the latency would be very high - making it not very suitable for gaming/voip etc
