Is Amazon prime video subscription a one time benefit or it stays as long as customer is subscribed to an eligible plan?

I subscribed to ₹999 plan. I see that all other OTTs got subscribed except Amazon prime video. Earlier I had subscribed to ₹999 plan for one month in last December during which I got Amazon Prime subscription too, which lasted only for one month as expected. But now I’m not getting it. I see nothing in terms and conditions regarding this. Am I eligible for Amazon prime or there’s a hidden condition? Jio has advertised Amazon prime as if it’s part of the plan just like all other OTTs.

Try if these steps work-
Clear app data of my jio app
Reinstall my jio app and signin again
If these steps doesn't work then contact customer care because yes Amazon prime subscription is included in 999 plan and will active according to your validity.
 
@RealBinod Thanks I already sent an email to jio customer care. But I'm not sure if they'll bother replying. But I found out in t&c on website that Amazon benefit is only for one year, for renewal of Amazon Prime subscription, the customer needs to pay the full price of that.
 
So is your Amazon prime membership is activated right now?
Check amazon app for that and verify its validity from account section.
