I recently upgraded FTTH from 750GB plan to Fibre Premium. My FTTH is not working right now and is down. For some reason even when I try to use selfcare.bsnl.co.in it says it won't connect. Is anyone else facing this issue?
Selfcare website is opening now and I can login but my accounts list is empty. I hope they can or will recover the problem coz I don't want to try to create any accounts again for fear of screwing something up
