Is BSNL Selfcare down for anyone else?

The website has serious database flaws actually .... Doesn't fetch the data at all sometimes

My router log says:
1. PPoE sent PADI
2. PPoE wait for PAD0
3. PPoE wait for PAD0 timeout
Someone kindly explain the meaning of this logs

@thadougamer it means you router is not able to reach a PPPOE server to authenticate.

I have same problem since Saturday. all info are empty not only account.

@vishalrao & @sidhartharoul Try login with OTP it worked for me. if iam using google account or login with username password the account list is not showing up but if iam using OTP login it is showing up my account list and everything

Selfcare portal has gone mad. My plan is showing different in different reports. I am on Fibre Ultra. But somewhere it's showing my old 750GB Plan and other report it's showing Fibre Ultra.

I just now tried, login with google results in empty info but login via password and my account info shows up with the right info. Have not tried OTP method.
