Selfcare is working perfectly fine for me, except for reports showing different plans. My problem is my connection is so unstable since the past few days. Yesterday, my connection was down from 8pm to 12pm.
Mine was down for more than 12 hours last Sunday. I don't really know what is going on with BSNL. Might be their servers are unable to cope with the higher speeds they are offering in the new plans.
@thadougamer but you had different error then mine i think . My error says invalid username or password. It was working fine 2 hour before. Not sure why this error.
I meant to say server problem. It has failed to authenticate with the server. But sometimes, even though it says invalid username and password, it used to work with limited connectivity, which is painfully slow.
I had this issue last Saturday evening. Logs showed PPPOE authentication error. BSNL servers were reachable, the router sends the username to the server and fails to authenticate. My LCO said it is a network issue in BSNL which is affecting random customers and NOC team is attending. It was fixed only on Sunday for me.
