Is BSNL Selfcare down for anyone else?

Selfcare is working perfectly fine for me, except for reports showing different plans. My problem is my connection is so unstable since the past few days. Yesterday, my connection was down from 8pm to 12pm.
 
Hi guys, suddenly my internet is down. And getting invalid username or password for Pppoe authentication. What should be the reason?

No bill dues.. rather i have 500 rs advance payment.
 
Mine was down for more than 12 hours last Sunday. I don't really know what is going on with BSNL. Might be their servers are unable to cope with the higher speeds they are offering in the new plans.
 
I don't think friend. If server is down , then i should have get connection timeout error in the log.

I may be worng , but saw this timeout error if my modem is offline.
 
I meant to say server problem. It has failed to authenticate with the server. But sometimes, even though it says invalid username and password, it used to work with limited connectivity, which is painfully slow.

I had this issue last Saturday evening. Logs showed PPPOE authentication error. BSNL servers were reachable, the router sends the username to the server and fails to authenticate. My LCO said it is a network issue in BSNL which is affecting random customers and NOC team is attending. It was fixed only on Sunday for me.
