There are other variables too, and having a decent router that is actually up to the 802.11 spec is also important.
While by default most routers push for those 100mW of radio output, but if your own client device is not capable of about the same then it's just loss and interference for others, Wi-Fi is bidirectional.
I have TP-Link wifi 6 router with both 5 & 2.4 GHz having wifi 6. I get this interference issue on that router. Also both my Motorola devices support Wifi 6.
I think if I switch to wifi 6E then it'll solve the issues.
