Routers, in general, are 10/100/1000 mbps capable as far as WAN & LAN speeds are concerned. But actual WiFi speeds are different because of many factors involved.

Not sure if its standard but my LCO uses TP-Linkrouters while installing Excitel connections if you want one through them so no harm getting it through them unless you already have one lying around.
Assuming you have decent drives, most gigabit routers should be able to deliver at least 500 mbps
