Is hp pavilion Aero 13 good?

Hello all I am thinking to buy hp pavilion aero 13 for cybersecurity study. I am new to this field I know I have to run multiple vms, will this laptop be enough for my needs or if you have any other suggestions please let me know. Thank you all.

Bought MacBook Air m1 much better than amd and intel counterparts. No performance drop on battery power.

Are you using Adobe creative cloud apps on it?

I recently got MacBook M1 pro 14 from office and even though I'm not a complete fan of macOS, overall the laptop is a beast in performance and amazing battery life, with superb display and build quality.

Now because of this I'm considering the M2 Air but want to see if linux will run and also compare with any new x86 laptops models coming soon.
