is it legal to sell excitel connection and aliance broadband connection?

I am taking subscription from only available local ISP but it show that sometimes i use excitel and aliance. suddenly network switches in middle. will i get any legal complications for using this connection?

You won't be affected. Looks like the LCO is load balancing between the two.
