Is it Normal to Get Double the Advertised Download Speed on a 100Mbps Broadband Plan?

this was with my LCO ,it would just show as 900mbps on a 100mbps plan ,the actual speeds when downloading anything was 100mbps only

Not for my case, I still get download speeds equivalent to 200mbps. See for yourself.

It is only for newer users.

IPv4 and v6 are treated as seperate entities by some ISPs, that's the reason you are getting double download speeds on some servers.
