Recently, I have shifted to a new locality, where the builder has already bought FTTH connections for all flats, and Airtel is not shifting my old V-Fiber Rs. 399 8 Mbps connection to this place, since all the slots are occupied. So, I now have to take a new connection, and since it is FTTH, the minimum rental plan that they are offering me costs Rs. 799 (100 Mbps).
I just wanted to ask that once I opt for this plan, then after a month maybe, will the CC entertain my request to shift to a lower rental plan? Or will they force me to remain at least on 100 Mbps? Is there a minimum speed for FTTH or can they support lower speeds too? My previous plan on V-Fiber suited me very well.
