Last night at around 5 A.M I received a message that some SMS pack has been activated on my number.

I never requested it and my balance got deducted ;|

I contacted support, got a refund and the pack is still active



Happened with anyone else?

I got refund many times on Reliance

Reliance sucks big time, their executives are all up to argue for as long as 30 minutes.I got a refund for the first time, so was shocked.
