So, if I understand correctly if you own a credit card, even if your income is way below the taxable income you still need to file returns. Seems a very old law where people above certain limit were given cards. Now people with 10-15k itself are being offered cards, and if you got one & stop earning , but simply continued to hold one, you need to file...
