For the past couple of days, I am deprived of ESPN-Star channels. I am on Smart South pack that was introduced on the launch of BIG TV that promised these channels free for one year. When I called up CC, the told me that there is a temporary problem. If my fellow BIG TV customers are receiving it through pay channels, kindly let me know. That will help me to take my case to the CC.
