Is there any roaming charges in BSNL 3G unlimited plan?

Hi All,I have taken a new bsnl 3g sim and have a plan with unlimited for 3 months in Bangalore.If I am travelling , then will the roaming charges will be applicable?

Data is charged as normal, if you sms or make calls then roaming charges apply.
