ISP for Mumbai Central??

I am desparately searching for an internet service provider in Mumbai Central.. especially near the BEST depot area. Need a decent 256kbps unlimited plan. Anyone know which ISP serves in that area? Hathway and local cable operator are no more. I am in the US and have no one out there who can help my parents get a good internet connection. Your help will be highly appeciated. KewlGuy

MTNL shld give you a Triband Connection.But that area is so old and It must have some of the oldest telephone Lines in the city.So I'm not sure what kind of speed or disconnection issues you will have later

We have been trying for MTNL Triband, but say its a long wait in the line.. not sure what is it that takes so much time.Do I have any other options? I primarily need it for VoIP (atleast 15KB down/up).

I think sify might be there . Sify however is very bad for VOIP ( personal experience ) .
