Isp with local peering in Gurgaon

So i took a connection of TriplePlay considering it supprts torbox . But now i get to know they have discontinued the service. So members is it a temporary ban or they have permanently blocked peering.

Also does any1 which other service provider supports local peering in Phase 2?

Did you ask them if its permanent or temporary?
As of now, torbox isnt working nor is btcache
