Thanks! My requirement is min speed 16 mbps and around 80 GB pm.

Have had a good experience with airtel so far, but in princeton they are asking me for 1500 bucks to install some cat 5 wire so thinking of letting go of them and switching to a new provider.

Yah man its some sorta wiring... god knows if that guy is trying to fool me or what, hes giving all sorts of explanations like airtel will not get it done nor will the building, the customer only has to get it done n all

In any case, you are not supposed to pay anyone cash for anything. Everything is added to your bill.

yah you're right... do you have any other suggestions in mind ? dont think Nextra has coverage in Princeton Estate (nor in DLF phase 5)... has anyone tried Triple Play FTTH ? How is it ?

if you are expecting these smaller players to provide quality of service matching airtel, you are going to be disappointed. You only dump Airtel when you are ready to make some compromises to get faster speeds and more data. if you want the reliability and quality of service of airtel, stick to airtel. if you can live with issues like downtimes and lack of customer support, experiment with local operators.
