Hello, my ISP (Netplus) upgraded my router from ZTE F660 to Nokia G-2425G-A which enabled 5G, about a month ago. I have following problems now and would appreciate if anyone can help:

1. The router's 192.168.1.254 page is extremely slow. I enter my username and password and spend 20-30 seconds with the loading circle on browser tab before it shows the router's homepage. Even worse, every setting I click on in the router page, I again have to wait 20-30 seconds before its contents are displayed.

2. I cannot find the release and renew IP options anywhere. (seeking answer from people with same router)

3. In the router's Overview page, I always see 30-40 devices connected, of which, the top 5-6 have names that I recognize but the rest are only mac addresses. e.g., Unknown_96:d5:c1:8b:74:e4, Unknown_70:5f:a3:93:1e:dc, Unknown_82:7a:16:2a:c7:26, etc.
Any idea why and how to fix this?

I have three SSIDs (SSID1, SSID2, SSID3) in the 2.4GHz. Only SSID1 is used, and I have limited max users to 10 on this one. Other two are disabled (max users limited to 1 on both, just in case).
I have four SSIDs (SSID5, SSID6, SSID7, SSID8) in the 5GHz. SSID5 is the one being used, and max users are limited to 8. The rest are disabled, and same as before, I set the max users to 1 in these ones.

Bear with me, I'm no expert.

Two phones that run on the 2.4GHz wifi, two phones that run on the 5GHz wifi, one PC plugged into the router, and one TP-Link router plugged into the router (which is not really used, it's on the other end of the house just to extend the wifi).
