Recently purchased Sony WH-1000WM4 that has multipoint support.
Now I use RTX voice for eliminating background noise. The issue with RTX voice is it constantly keeps Microphone and speaker engaged even though it is not being used on computer.
This creates a problem because, I cannot listen to anything on phone while my headphones are connected to the computer. As a workaround I need to remember to "Quit" RTX voice when not in use and turn it on when accepting any meeting online.
This again creates a problem if by chance I forget to turn on RTX voice during a meeting. I usually use Teams and Goto meeting for my calls.
Has anyone else faced this problem? What workaround did you take?
I was thinking of running a script to detect active call on teams to turn on RTX voice but unable to find documentation on how to detect an active call or probably detect when microphone is needed and then turn on RTX voice.
