I have subscribed to jio airfiber on 2023 october and i am facing regular disconnection issues, plus their voice call service hasnt started yet and i have paid 12 months in advance! Their policies suck and they dont have refund policy, neither they extend the service as a compensation after the subscription expires! they have a poor after sales service also they aint bothered about consumer forum complaints, they close them without a resolution. They are theives who have launched a faulty product and have maliciously taken 12 months fees in advance. I might raise complains in every social platform!
