when i purchased OOPO CPE used with JIO 5G SIM and used to get very much decent speed
later JIO blocked my CPE to access 5G network saying "Oppo CPE T1a is not 5G compliant device and not released in INDIA"

now i am getting just 5 MBPS speed,

pls et me know any workaround available for this issue?

If the device lets you change the IMEI, then you might need to clone the IMEI of a known working 5G phone. Jio appears to be blocking IMEIs of 5G CPE devices very frequently. Luckily mine is not blocked so far (Yeacomm NR610), but then I don't use it for heavy data usage.

I've also faced similar issue recently by JIO.

"Acer Connect Enduro M3 5G" was working fine with 5G network. (although i'm always getting shitty speed - will share the ss).

They didn't blocked my CPE but they converted my 5G Network Access to 4G by saying that It is not available in INDIA currently and we can't switch your plan to 5G-Unlimited one.

Luckily, I've a 5G Phone access atm. So, I just inserted my SIM into 5G Phone and it was also not able to access 5G Network due to Block done by JIO.

After inserting my SIM into 5G Phone, I just called Customer Care and told them that I've 5G Phone but i'm not receiving 5G Internet. They said that "your SIM is not registered under 5G Something and will process with it". The customer care told me that my 5G Package has been activated and told me to restart my Device after 5 minutes. I did it and able to Receive 5G Network on my phone.

After this, I've inserted my SIM back into the CPE and started to Receive 5G Network on it.

So, They can unblock and allow you to use 5G Network. It just take 1 button from them to activate 5G Internet at your device but they started to give excuses if you use any CPE/Dongle/Router which can access 5G Internet by saying lame excuses.

Better follow the above steps and you'll be able to access the internet easily.

So, the sale of Acer Connect Enduro M3 5G will go down going forwards. Rarely people buy it only for 4G.

I was planning to go with Mikrotik ATL 5G R16 when it launches in India. Now, I changed my mind. Thanks for the heads-up, everyone.

Currently, I use approximately 10GB per day (or 300GB per month) in Jio 5G via hotspot. How much everyone is using?
