Jio blocking GitHub assets subdomain

Jio is blocking raw.githubusercontent.com, which prevents GitHub to load correctly as this domain to used to load user profile images and other static files hosted on GitHub.
Has anyone else experienced this.

have seen github being randomly blocked on hathway as well. happens at random times in the day mostly afternoon and evening
mornings are crisp and clear

And the disgusting part is if you tell that this domain is not working on jio. They simply raise a home visit request. Whereas at best they could have transfered this problem to the backend technical team managing the whole dns resolution stuff.
