And reporting about blocked websites is worthless. Even at the highest level, they will just give some useless response that you will feel like punching their face.
Looks like a DNS level block. Not working for me if I turn off DNS over HTTPS. If you are using DNS over HTTPS like Cloudflare/Quad9/OpenDNS it shouldn't affect you.
@anubhav11 as mentioned by me and others the default dns of jio is not able to resolve that website. possibly you are using different dns thats why opening for you.
Tried googledns, didnt work. I saw that Kaspersky always switches to using ip addresses when the hostnames dont work, I pulled the ips and port from the logs and tried telnet, they are all reachable when using airtel 4g but unreachable when connected to jio 4g.
So far every attempt to reach Jio customer care felt like banging my head against a wall.

I think it might be a routing issue or maybe they are blocking it deliberately to reduce network congestion? Windows updates seems to work fine though.
