Jio blocking GitHub assets subdomain

I tried that immediately when I realized that the problem is with Jiofi, but it doesnt work. Just to be sure I did it around 3 times, but made no difference. Looking at the firmware version, its dated 2019, so probably its not due to firmware update. I am guessing its caused after I used my Jiofi sim on my 5g handset.

A similar issue happened to all the TP-Link 4g routers as well, once the Jio sim is used in a 5g handset it stops working on the Tplink routers.
 
I am thinking of filling a RTI with DoT where the above mentioned domains are blocked by government or not and send that to Jio. Will that help in anyway or I will waste my time. Anyone having sound knowledge on this please reply.
