Due to corona process is very slow.
They collected router from me after 3 months due to lock down.

Finally got my refund. No SMS was recieved except the one indicating credit of Rs 4500. Applied on 14th of September via CC. Modem was picked up after 9 days and refund credited after 10 days of modem pickup.

They didn't refund my amount and closing the request every time when iasked for.

First go ahead and file complaint online on national consumer helpline and see what they reply most probably you will get your refund after that if not then I will guide you further
