I have installed Jio Enterprise fiber connection and an active static IP at an additional cost of 150/- rupees.The
static IP is also activated, and the port open is also working fine.

The ONT router I got with the enterprise plan is the same as the regular plan.

But I have very small issue with this connection.
I have opened the port and successfully work but I cannot access the device from other networks only. If I am connected to the same Jio network, I am not able to access that device.

Key Point:

• static public IP from Jio.
• port forwarding is correctly set on ONT/router.
• When you try to access your static IP from:
  
  • Another external network (like mobile data or another ISP) — it works fine.
  • From the same Jio network (your local LAN or wifi) — it doesn’t work.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

When you try to access your static IP from:

• Another external network (like mobile data or another ISP) — it works fine.
• From the same Jio network (your local LAN or wifi) — it doesn’t work.

Or not?


If the problem is that the port is not reachable on local network, it might be a firewall issue.

i can use from another internet or network but if i want to use with same wifi then i have to use local ip to access device. by using static ip i am not able to use in same wifi network.
