Jio fiber Add-on queued

Hello, I have problem with my jio fiber. It's a add on recharge problem which got queued and not getting activated no matter what. I've contacted many times but no one could solve this problem. Also I've been facing this issue since March of this year. No response from the customer service. Does anybody faced similar problem or know ways of fixing it??

Nope bro. Mine gets activated from queue when current one expires.
