Jio Fiber has high ping for Salesforce Servers between 8 and PM everyday

Im stuck and dont know what to do. Between 8 and 930 pm everyday, the salesforce instance just do not connect. It works flawlessly any other time. Any thoughts on why is this happening?

Same shit with 365 machine but it's 24*7*365
