My parents have an Airtel VDSL 40mbps connection. I talked them into opting for the Jio preview offer a few months ago while retaining the Airtel connection. Now that Jio is charging for plans, they'd like disconnect one of them. Which one do you suggest retaining? Airtel FTTH isn't yet available. Their data usage is pretty low (< 100 GB/mo), and Jio plans aren't exactly out of this world. They are skeptical of Jio because the local govt cut their cables for illegally using electricity poles for wiring, and the internet was down for over a week. Barring that incident, both Jio and Airtel uptime have been good so far.
