Anybody noticed? Forcing APN to IPv4 will put you into Emergency Call only.
IPV4 resolves and connectivity is done via a 4-to-6 tunnel that is a native feature of android and Apple; not supported on Windows.
DNS64 is also supported.

it's not recently ig, around a month ago also I tried to use it on my PC using a hotspot and it wasn't loading some sites

Hotspot should work with such an implementation since the NAT is done on the phone itself.

CLAT is supported in windows/macos/linux/android/ios.
In windows, you have to enable it some where. On Apple/android devices, It does this automatically. Look for 464xlat
