Jio is Unusable except when on VPN

Since last few days, every site I try to access is completely Unusable with extremely slow loading times or not working at all.
With a few exceptions being, Google and Other social Media website.
I'm forced to connect to my home VPN server, if I want to use the internet at all.

How bad is it gonna get?
