My jio sim stopped working outside Delhi in roaming mode. Internet was working but could not receive calls or send/recieve sms. if someone called they will get switch off message and when I tried to call it will show call ended error.
Because internet was working perfectly so there was no issue of roaming or connecting to jio network.
I also tried different devices.
Registered complain with jio from other jio number but nothing was done to resolve the complain. After coming back to Delhi calls started working again automatically.
Luckily I was not dependent on any OTP or important calls on the this number else it would have become a major issue for me.
