After multiple follow-ups with jio store they not aware about regards prepaid plan queue that is attached with my prepaid jio no plan value will get or lapse during postpaid conversion even they mention security deposit worth 500 along with 100 Activation fee with minimum 399 plan gst requires for new & MNP old request both.
I have to visit in j & k for 2 weeks seems 1000 bucks need to put for journey.
Any one please confirm if i deactivate mobile no within a month will refund of security deposit will come get vanished with no tracking.
