We people getting unlimited access to 4G network but how can we utilise it to download some things now for later or future further use? What are some must download things when I have an unlimited internet connection?

Reliance Jio should make a Netflix subscription worthwhile.

Unless you have a UHD TV to make use of the UHD content, Netflix works just fine on a 4mbps connection.

The speed you are getting in indoor is due to Band 5 with limited 5Mhz spectrum, which can't feel you ride on a rocket
When you put your phone in balcony, it must latch to Band 40 which is a beast.
I get...
3-5 Mbps on Band 5
5-7 Mbps on Band 3
15-35 Mbps on Band 40
MTK phones users can select Band at their wish but snapdragons do it automatically which seems painful.
