Jio Router Tethering Query

I have the following hardware

• TP-Link MR600 1200 Mbps router
• TP-Link UE300C | USB Type-C to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter

On the phone, I get around 500 Mbps, but while connecting to the router through UE300C the battery drain is very high and power delivery is not possible in UE300C.

What is the best possible option for sharing the internet?

1. Get a USB splitter to enable power delivery in the current setup
2. Get a similar gigabit network adapter with a Power Delivery option like TP-link UH6120C or UH9120C
3. Get a router with a USB Tethering option which eliminates the requirement for a network adapter and PD

Kindly share the guide/discussion link if available.

Please feel free to suggest if a better & efficient way is available.
