jio setup box cant sign out of netflix

i want to remove my netflix account from jio ott setup box but i cant. what i have tried so far?
removed devices from netflix site
factory reset setup box
If i remove device from Amazon prime from mobile app, it is also removed from jio setup box and asks for login again. But netflix is still signed in always no matter what.
i just want to delink my netflix as i already have premium running with credit card but jio 1499 plan has netflix basic

I am facing the same issue. Jio customer service has just told me the Netflix account cannot be unlinked from Jio Fiber account.


I am considering just quitting JioFibre
