Jio sim not activated

I submitted all the documents , it's like more than one week ...whenever I try to call reliance customer center there recorder say All lines are congested try later. I mean seriously WTH.
I even mail them , the dumb guys say me plz visit Rio.com for preview offer ....I mean I paid 350 Rs for the sim . Is there any way to contact or locate my application order?...bcoz I had received an application order msg at the very beginning.

just go to nearest DX store and fire-up. maybe they will tell you the location of jio center. The jio activation team will do their job in 12hrs
