Since BSNL has hiked the prices of 200mbps.

I am looking to switch my provider and the only reason I took BSNL was because the local LCO was very helpful.

I have access to these providers and I didn't care much about peering but now I do since I learn from here it is important.

So, please advise.

Overall good
Best for Europe
Best for USA
Best for Singapore and other Asian countries
Best for inside India...I am getting 60ms inside India in BSNL and 60ms to Singapore and I use a VPN to connect to Singapore and enjoy a few millisecond of benefit in browsing.

For RailWire, after changing backbone to Jio, the peering is worse compared to when they were with AirTel (Within India), but it is still usable, EU peering is really good using Jio (Almost 160 - 170ms) to most of the servers in Amsterdam, but the same is not true for Singapore, some servers I get 60 - 65 others go upto 250+ ms (in Singapore), as for USA I can't comment much but AWS pings to US are pretty good (210 - 280ms).

If you are using 200mbps you shall continue to be in the 1277 plan unless your change your plan so it shouldn't be a problem. In kerala you can try getting alliance broadband services. They have a ton of content peering.
