Phone: Realme 7 Pro.
WiFi Provider: BSNL Fiber / BSNL FTTH.
ONT Model: Netlink V2802GW
WiFi Plan: 30Mbps / 399 rupees + GST.
SIMs in the phone: 2 Jio SIMs.
Problem: I'm using BSNL Fiber from last 2 years, but I cannot use WiFi Calling feature on any phone connected to this WiFi network. WiFi Calling is enabled from the phone's settings, but it just keeps showing "VoLTE" symbol on the status bar instead of "VoWiFi" symbol.
The funny thing is, in a month, WiFi Calling only enables itself for one random day, that too only for 10-15 minutes, then it goes back to VoLTE.
When I connect my phone to Jio Fiber, WIFi Calling symbol immediately comes on my status bar. Even when I connect my phone to mobile hotspot of another phone with Jio/Airtel/VI SIM, WiFi Calling immediately starts up. In my village, only FTTH available is by BSNL. Also, there is 1 bar indoor coverage by all 4 telecom companies, so WiFi Calling is an important feature for me. As I already told you, the WiFi Calling magically starts working on a random day of the month for 10-15 minutes (generally when electricity goes off & comes back few minutes later).
Another guy in the village uses BSNL FTTH but he has a Huawei router. When I connect to his WiFi, VoWiFi immediately starts working on my phone. So, how to solve this problem? Is there something wrong with the settings of my ONT?
