Jio won't register a complaint even if services are not working.

My services are down for past 50 mins. Jio CC won't even register a complaint because 'it is a local issue and will be resolved in 4hours' 'we do not have option to register a complaint in case it is a local issue'

I f***ing don't understand is this even legal not to register a complaint?

You can mail them at jiofibercare@jio.com
For sure they will register your complaint.

But also know jio cc is very worst service and they will not come home to visit.
Its better you look on some videos and fix yourself instead of waiting for them.

The area is indeed down. So watching videos won't fix the issue.

Yep if complaint is known one then won't do it until eta of issue passes.
Atleast my electricity cc works that way.

Yeah so it finally happened, Jio Fiber went down. And not surprisingly I am unable to get through to their customer care, nor do they reply on twitter. Dropped a mail though.

Any way to get through to them?

The 189 complaint number has no option to register a complaint, gives details of new plans.

Jio 4G speed now down to 18kBps since 5 days.

Maybe their underwater cable has been cut or having issues?
