Jio4GVoice is not working when Connected to Wifi (Connecting)

So guys.. I installed Jio4GVoice and enabled it. Now when I am trying to connect it with my WiFi (BSNL - D-Link) The app displays Connecting and then Unable to connect. Looks like my router is blocking the the ports.

• Working Fine on Mobile Data
• Working Fine on JioNet Wifi

I received a banner once in 2018, "Enjoy Jio call on any network." But it didn't work except it the JioFi. I had escalated it with the appellate authority. They told me it was an error and removed that banner in the next update.

So, they did have some plans to allow us use the app on any internet connection.

It used to work on any WiFi broadband but later they updated their Jio4GVoice app and it stopped working. Probably it was during free trial period in late 2016 or early 2017.

Jio4Gvoice is linked to the number you are accessing jio internet from.
For jiofi it uses sim no & plan inside jiofi.
For jio fiber it uses landline no.
Won't work from other non-jio internet.
Plus to activate it you need to enter otp from registered mobile liked with jiofiber.
