I've previously used both BSNL broadband and Airtel Xtreme. Yes, both had issues. But maximum delay to fix an issue, in my experience, was 24 hours.
Unfortunately, this time I applied for Jio Air Fiber, Reliance's flagship product. I'm trapped now.
From my experience they have just two teams - the first team are the field agents who'll blatantly lie to get your booking. Their promise to me was Internet in 24hrs. I paid advance for 3 months. After that the guys who queued started ignoring my calls or WhatsApp messages.
They don't have a customer service.
All the remaining hope is Twitter or X, where they have the second team - a group of cyber liars. They don't know what's happening. All they can do is give blank assurances to give us false hope.
I'm not sure for how long I've been waiting to get a connection. Must be weeks now.
So, folks. If you want peace of mind, please avoid jio.
