So, I booked 1 JioFiber connection and as usual, no ports were available for connection. I contacted my HSO to PUSH the Jio Head Office of my City for FAT BOX and splitter installation. Upon my "Humble request", they sent their main fiber planning and installation team after around 15 days of request, as the splitter box was Out of Stock. Today, around 24 connections were down for 3 hours due to power loss in one fiber, and because of that, they are still working and opened nearly 5 Fat Boxes in my entire area. Their dedication is next level just for that. I booked 2 connections for myself, and they are planning to install another splitter box in the coming winter, as this will get full in 1-2 months.
