Hello guys. Im having bill issue on my JioFiber connection. My original plan is 30mbps, but from this month I decided to change it to 100mbps and I made the payment of 824rs yesterday. But when I see bill details in my jio app it asked me to pay 470rs yesterday even after paying for 100mbps plan. I don't understand why I should pay extra 470rs. I believe they are charging this amount for the original plan i.e 30mbps . But now if i check bill details in my jio app again, its showing me to pay only 116rs that remaining 354rs is paid by account balance ? Like wth is this ? What is an account balance anyway ? I checked my bank account, but no money got debited. I messaged jio care in twitter, but I got no response..can anyone explain me this weird bill issue ? Thank you.
