@Dushie I got Jio to replace ont.
They are bastards and were falsely blaming power supply to hide their ACS server issue.

Yes I used XN020-G3 for 8 days without any issues on a 30Mbps plan
Download 31 and upload 34 both constant but please setup other router too for 5Ghz band. Speeds on 2.4ghz get low if you lose signal even by one point in Android on TP-Link XN020-G3.

Plus it has some issues in leasing the ipv6 to android on windows it works great

Thanks for the inputs. I just set everything up and left it for now. As primarily this connection is used for Jio TV and as backup internet if my Airtel fiber goes down. Jio TV is working fine on the box provided by them. No issues faced yet in last one week of operations. Upgrading the GPON firmware may help, but as i can't take a backup on my G3-V2, i am not going that route and have left it as it is for now. Will try speed test again to check the upload speeds.
