@a.banerjee
I already tried to put GPON SN in HEX mode and ASCII+HEX mode, but nothing works.

GPON Status

GPON Config

VLAN Config

Hmm, i saw that your GPON status upstream is still off... Mine is still on.

And

GPON config but your GPON SN is good and can you please change it the OLT mode to X (for Nokia/Alcatel-Lucent)

And

VLAN config must be Control by OLT for authentication... VLAN ID need to put it to your router, not onu.
And
Did you cloned your jiofiber mac address need to put it to your router?

Here is my XN020-G3 XPON status page... It's working on Jio conn as of right now...

I made the necessary changes, but no luck.

I already have XZ000-G3 v1/v2, VSOL, all works fine.

@IfranAli I agree with you, but I’m trying to determine the root cause. What is the underlying reason for this issue? The SoC in question is the Realtek RTL9601D.

@a.banerjee Indeed it's Realtek. Try to change the VendorID and Omcc versions to SCOM/ARCN(whichever is your JioRouter mfg) and OMCC to 0xA0/160 (whichever existing value is present).

There is no such option available in the web UI. I imported the backup and converted it to XML

In that case:

VendorId val=TPLG -> VendorId val=SCOM
OmccVersion val=160 (It's already there)

<X_TP_OmciCapability>
<VendorId val=TPLG />
<Verison val=V1.0 />
<OnuType val=1 />
<MaxPorts val=7 />
<LinkMode val=7 />
<PortId val=48,238,47,47,47,47,32 />
<EquipmentId val=XZ005-G6 />
<VendorProCode val=340 />
<OmccVersion val=160 />
<SecurityCap val=1 />
<TotalTSNum val=16 />
<TotalPQNum val=160 />
<TotalGEMPortNum val=256 />
<ConnectivityCap val=127 />
<QosConfFlex val=24 />
<SrIndication val=1 />
<TotalTcontNum val=16 />
<OnuResponseTime val=48 />
<GemBlockLength val=48 />
<IphostNum val=1 />
<State val=1 />
</X_TP_OmciCapability>

Is that okay?

After modification, I will convert the XML to a binary format and then restore it.

What about VLAN, shall I configure it on ONT or Router? For other ONT (TL G3/VSOL) I always configure on ONT.
